2. Services

Editory Works offers services including, but not limited to:

• Short-form video editing

• Long-form video editing

• Website design and development solutions

All services are provided on a one-time payment or custom-quote basis, depending on the selected plan or agreement.

Service details, scope, timelines, and pricing are described on the website or confirmed during direct communication.

3. Orders & Payments

• Payments are required in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).

• Editory Works does not store or have access to your full payment details.

• Prices listed may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Custom Quotes

For custom projects:

• Final pricing and timelines are determined based on project requirements.

• Work begins only after payment confirmation and receipt of all required materials.

• Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may require extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements

• Supply content, assets, and feedback on time

• Hold the legal rights to all materials provided (videos, images, audio, text, logos, etc.)

Editory Works is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials or delayed responses from the client.

6. Revisions & Delivery

• Revision limits (if any) are defined within the selected plan or agreement.

• Revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

• Final deliverables are provided in the format agreed upon with the client.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital and custom services:

• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun

• Refunds may be considered only if no work has started, at our discretion

• Partially completed projects are not eligible for refunds

8. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final delivered work, unless otherwise agreed.

• Editory Works retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, websites, or promotional materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes

• Provide content that infringes on third-party rights

• Attempt to misuse, exploit, or disrupt our website or services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if these terms are violated.

10. Limitation of Liability

Editory Works shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Business losses, loss of data, or revenue

• Delays caused by third-party platforms or client-side issues

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website or services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
